• Food Labelling Advice - advice on current UK and EU requirements on Food Labelling including nutritional information and claims

• Nutritional Analysis - undertake nutritional tests in UKAS accredited laboratory on food products; also tests on environmental samples

• Shelf-Life testing - determination of shelf life of food products with regards to “Use by”, “Best before”, and also advice on product quality

• Food Safety Training - Glasgow Caledonian University is a training centre for hygiene training under the auspices of the Royal Environmental Health Institute of Scotland

• Factory Auditing - factory inspection and advice on premises in connection with food safety
